【摘要】 整合是卫生服务体系改革的一个方向,其重要性在世界范围内被认可。而中医和西医二者共同构成了我国特有的卫生服务体系,二者的分工与整合的状况将在一定程度上影响未来我国卫生服务体系的发展方向。为了改变建国后在西医的冲击下中医发展的疲软现象,党和政府把"中西医并重"作为我国卫生方针之一。我国某些省份的中医药事业已经取得了一定的成绩。接下来我们需要在已经取得的发展成果基础上,在卫生整合大潮流中平衡中西医的发展,从整合的视角出发正确看待"中西医并重",真正科学地实现"中西医并重"。更多还原

【Abstract】 Integration is a direction of the reform of the health service system. Its importance has been recognized worldwidely. While the Chinese medicine and western medicine constitute the unique health service system in our country together, the division of labor and the integration of the two determine the health service system of our country. In order to change the phenomenon that Chinese medicine is much weaker than western medicine since the foundation of the country, the party and the government proposed ‘developing both Chinese and western medicine’ as one of Chinese health policy. In some provinces of our country, through their own efforts to develop Chinese medicine, they have achieved a positive result. Next, both Chinese and western medicine should be developed in the trend of integration and it should be developed from the perspective of integration in the correct view of ‘developing traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine on an equal basis’ in order to truly realize it.更多还原
