【摘要】 目的:对比3种分娩镇痛方式的效果。方法:选取我院2012年11月至2014年11月收治的150例分娩产妇作为研究对象,随机分为A组、B组、C组,分别采用水中分娩、椎管内麻醉分娩、电脑镇痛仪方法分娩。结果:A组、B组、C组镇痛有效率分别为80.0%、94.0%、84.0%,三组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率分别为26.0%、26.0%、20.0%,三组的产程和胎儿Apgar评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:水中、椎管内麻醉和电脑镇痛仪镇痛分娩效果均良好,椎管内麻醉应为首选方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the effects of three kinds of labor analgesia. Methods: 150 childbirth puerpera admitted in a hospital from November 2012 to November 2014,were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,with water delivery,spinal anesthesia delivery and computer analgesia instrument delivery adopted respectively in each group.
