CaO-SiO2-MgO对氧化铝陶瓷微波和耐压性能的影响

【摘要】 采用传统固相反应法制备了CaO-SiO2-MgO掺杂氧化铝陶瓷.研究了烧结助剂CaO-SiO2-MgO的氧化物配比对氧化铝陶瓷相组成、微波和耐压性能的影响.XRD图谱表明,助烧剂CMS中,MgO质量分数为18.6%,当SiO2/CaO质量比在1.62.0范围内,氧化铝陶瓷中杂相的含量较少,且陶瓷的致密度和耐压强度获得最优值.陶瓷的介电性能随质量比的增加呈现逐渐下降的趋势.当质量比为1.8时,陶瓷样品可以获得较优的综合性能:Eb=29k V/mm,εr=9.06,Qf=17 500 GHz.

【Abstract】 CaO-SiO2-MgO doped Al2O3 ceramics were prepared by conventional solid-state reaction method. The effects of each oxide on the phase compositions,microwave properties and dielectric breakdown strength of Al2O3 ceramics were studied. The XRD patterns show that in the sintering assistant,when the content of MgO is 18. 6% and the mass radio of SiO2/ CaO is 1. 6 2. 0,the Al2O3 ceramics have less impurity phases,and the optimum values of density and dielectric breakdown strength are obtained. The dielectric properties of the ceramics show a decreasing trend with the increase of mass ratio of SiO2/ CaO. When the mass radio of SiO2/ CaO is 1. 8,the integrated performance of samples are the best: Eb= 29 kV/mm,εr= 9. 06,Qf= 17 500 GHz.
