【摘要】 当代中国体育法律制度建设的研究不仅运用法学、社会学、政治学、经济学等理论来探讨体育领域的法律问题,还十分关注文化哲学的理论影响。主要采用文献研究和哲学的方法,以文化哲学介入当代中国体育法律制度建设的研究,将有助于在时代文化场景中从更深的层面来思考体育法律制度建设对人、对生活、对社会、对民族、对国家的深刻影响。研究认为:1)体育法律制度建设是"文化实在"的社会活动;2)体育法律制度建设是基于"文化规则"的模式建构;3)体育法律制度建设是"文化价值"的具体体现;4)体育法律制度建设是"文化自觉"的时代要求;5)体育法律制度建设是"文化自信"的精神体现。将有助于在时代文化场景中从更深的层面来思考体育法律制度建设对人、对社会、对民族、对国家的深刻影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Researches on sports legal system construction in contemporary China is not only conducted from the perspectives of law,sociology,political science,economics,but also highly concerned about the theoretical impact of cultural philosophy. This paper used cultural philosophy perspective to analyze sports legal system construction in contemporary China by the methods of literature review and philosophy. Conclusions: 1) Sports legal system construction is a social activity of "cultural reality". 2) Sports legal system construction is a model construction based on "cultural rules". 3) Sports legal system construction is a concrete manifestation of "cultural values". 4) Sports legal system construction is time requirement of"cultural consciousness". 5) Sports legal system construction serves as a main spirit reflection of"cultural confidence". We hope this study will be beneficial to reflect the impact of sports legal system construction on people,life,society,ethnic group and country from a more in-depth perspective of contemporary cultural scenes.更多还原
