六种单盐胁迫对紫花苜蓿种子萌发的影响

【摘要】 本文是以紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)为实验材料,研究种子萌发为幼苗的过程中对不同浓度(25150mmol·L-1)的六种单盐(CaCl2、NaCl、Na2SO4、NaHCO3、MgCl2、Na2CO3)胁迫后发芽指标和生理指标的响应.实验结果表明:随着盐浓度的增大发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数均降低(P<0.01).胚芽长、胚根长、生物量均极显著下降(P<0.01),脯氨酸积累量极显著增加(P<0.01).紫花苜蓿种子萌发对六种盐耐受性不同,其顺序为:MgCl2>CaCl2>NaCl>Na2SO4>NaHCO3>Na2CO3,对阳盐离子的耐受顺序是:Mg2+>Ca2+>Na+,对阴离子的耐受顺序是:Cl->SO42->HCO3->CO32-,并且碱性盐的危害程度大于中性盐.本研究结果对于何种盐土上何种浓度下种植苜蓿提供了一定的参考依据.

【Abstract】 This article deals with the changes of germination index and physiological index under six single salt-CaCl2、NaCl、Na2SO4、NaHCO3、MgCl2、Na2CO3-stress during the period when the seed germinates into seedlings. The single salt has a concentration gradient ranging from 25-150 mol L-1 and the material for the experiment is Medicago Sativa. The result of the experiment shows that with the rise of the concentration,the germination rate,germination vigor,germination index and vitality index declines( P < 0. 01). Also the length of the embryo,the length of the radicle and the weight of biomass declined extremely prominently( P < 0. 01).The proline accumulation amount increases extremely prominently( P < 0. 01). Medicago Sativa seeds have different tolerances to the six single salts. The order is MgCl2>CaCl2>NaCl>Na2SO4>NaHCO3>Na2CO3.The order of tolerance to positive ions is Mg2+>Ca2+>Na+. The order of tolerance to negative ions is Cl->SO42->HCO3->CO32-. The study also shows that alkaline salt is more harmful than saline neutral salt. The result provides a reference framework for planting Medicago Sativa according to the types of saline soil and the levels of concentration.
