新鲜鸭粪对黑水虻幼虫生长发育及粪便转化率的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨黑水虻幼虫对新鲜鸭粪的处理能力及粪便转化的效果。方法:用含不同比例的新鲜鸭粪作为饲料对黑水虻幼虫进行饲养,观察其对幼虫生长发育的影响。试验共设11组,其中1个对照组(不含鸭粪),10个试验组,每组含有不同比例的鸭粪,含量由10%至100%,每组递增10%。在相同的环境条件下进行饲养试验,分别在试验开始后的第7、10、13、15天测定黑水虻幼虫的体重、体尺与饲料消耗情况。结果:在0%~60%的鸭粪组中,黑水虻幼虫的体重、体长、体宽、体高、日增重、虫体长宽比等生长发育指标随着鸭粪含量的增加呈递增趋势,粪便消耗及利用率方面也逐渐增长,鸭粪含量超过70%时,各试验组生长发育相对较慢。结论:鸭粪可以作为黑水虻幼虫的饲料,添加量以60%为宜,饲养效果较为理想。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the ability of the Blackwater Fly Larvae to handle Fresh Duck Manure and the effect of waste conversion. Methods: Different proportions of fresh duck manure as fodder to feed the larvae are used,and its effects on the larva’s growth are observed. The test are made up of 11 groups,which include a control group( not include duck manure) and 10 experimental groups. The experimental groups include different proportions of duck manure,that contents are different from 10% to 100% and the interval of different groups is10%. Feeding under the same conditions,and measure the larvae’s weight,body size and consumption of fodder at the 7th、10th、13th and 15 th day after the test begin respectively. Among the 11 groups. Result: In 0% ~ 60%of duck manure group,the growth and development index of larvae,such as the body weight,the body length,the body width,the body height,the daily gain and the rate of body length and width,showed a trend of increase with the duck manure content added. By contrast,when the duck manure content is more than 70%,all experimental groups grow slowly. Conclusion: Duck manure can be the fodder of the Blackwater Fly Larvae. It is advisable to control the additive amount to 60%.
