【摘要】 目的:探讨不稳定性桡骨远端骨折以外固定支架术结合手法进行功能康复的治疗方案及注意事项。方法:36例患者在全麻下(或臂丛麻醉加神经干阻滞),先手法整复,再行外固定支架术,拆除外固定架后,进行手法治疗加中药泡洗2~3周。结果:优15例、良18例、可3例、差0例,优良率91.67%。结论:对不稳定性桡骨远端骨折,在满意的麻醉下先施行手法整复,再上外固定支架,后期施手法配合中药泡洗进行康复治疗,能达到较好的功能康复,是一种疗效肯定的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic regimen of unstable distal radius fractures with external fixation combined with manipulation and its matters need attention.Methods:36 cases of patients were under general anesthesia(or brachial plexus anesthesia with neurotrunk blockage),first treated by manipulative reduction,then given external fixation,and continued with manipulation combined with herbal soaking for 2-3 weeks after external fixation removed.Results:15 cases were excellent,18 cases were good,3 cases were fair and no poor cases,the excellent and good rate was91.67%.Conclusion:For the unstable distal radius fracture,the therapeutic regimen which first performs manipulative reduction under satisfactory anesthesia then external fixation,and finally treats with manipulation combined with herbal soaking can achieve a good functional rehabilitation,and it’s a therapeutic regimen that has a good curative effect.更多还原
