共聚型氯醚橡胶硫化体系的研究

【摘要】 二元共聚氯醚胶(ECO)性价比较高,应用广泛。研究了自行合成的硫代甲酸酯类硫化剂AZ-131S对ECO胶料性能的影响,并就其硫化效果与传统ETU硫化体系进行比较,提出了适用于ECO橡胶的新型环保硫化体系。

【Abstract】 Epichlorohydrin binary copolymer(ECO)with high cost and widely used. This paper studies on the impact of self-synthetic dithiocarbamate ester curing agent AZ-131 S for ECO compound,and compared its effects with traditional vulcanized ETU cure system. A new type of environment-friendly curing system for ECO rubber was proposed.
