【摘要】 为探索开发新型高效、低毒、无公害植物源农药的新途径,使用不同浓度复方与单味中药提取物处理供试蚜虫,室温下观察其杀虫效果。结果表明,复方和单味中药提取物对蚜虫均具有明显的杀灭效果,且蚜虫死亡率随提取物浓度增高而提高;复方中药提取物各浓度杀虫效果均优于单味中药提取物,表明复方中药提取物杀灭蚜虫具有明显的协同增效功能;复方中药提取物48 h时杀虫效果优于24 h,而单味中药提取物48 h时杀虫效果已降低,表明复方中药提取物杀虫效果具有更好的持久性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore a new way for the development of environmentally friendly botanical pesticides with high efficiency and low toxicity,the control effects of different concentrations of compound and single Chinese medicine extracts on aphids were determined at room temperature. The results showed that compound and single Chinese medicine extracts all had significant killing effects on aphids,and the mortality increased with the increase of solution concentration. The killing effects of compound Chinese medicine extracts on aphids were superior to those of single herb extracts,which indicated that the compound Chinese medicine extracts had obviously synergy function. The killing effects of compound Chinese medicine extracts on aphids at the 48 th hour were superior to those at the 24 th hour,while the killing effects of single herb extracts at the48 th hour had declined,which showed that compound Chinese medicine extracts owned better persistence.更多还原
