V2O5/RGO纳米复合材料的制备及表征
Preparation and Characterization of V2O5/RGO Nanometer Composites
【摘要】 通过简单的一步水热反应制备出V2O5/RGO纳米复合材料。采用XRD、SEM及电化学工作站对其结构、形貌和电化学性能进行了分析表征。结果表明,V2O5/RGO纳米复合材料中V2O5晶型为斜方晶相,复合材料中V为V+4、V+5两种价态,且V2O5/RGO的形貌为片状结构,该纳米复合材料在0.5mol/L K2SO4电解液中以5m V/s进行CV测试时,比电容可达208.04 F/g,而且其电化学窗口可以达到1.6V(-0.61.0V),表明V2O5/RGO纳米复合材料有望成为一种潜在的超级电容器电极材料。
【Abstract】 V2O5/RGO nanocomposite was fabricated via a simple one-pot hydrothermal process. The structure,morphology and electrochemical performances of the as-prepared V2O5/RGO composite were characterized by XRD, SEM and electrochemical workstation, respectively.The results show that the crystal of V2O5 belongs to orthorhombic phase in the V2O5/RGO composite, and the valence state of V is V+4,V+5. Moreover, the shape of V2O5/RGO is sheet. What’s more, the specific capacitance of the composite exhibites 208.04 F/g at a scan rate of 5 m V/s in 0.5mol/L K2SO4 electrolyte, besides, the electrochemical window can reach to 1.6V(-0.61.0V), implying that the V2O5/RGO nanocomposite is a promising electrode material for supercapacitor.
