【摘要】 目的:探讨痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者采用自拟中药方治疗的临床疗效。方法:将我院2013年1月—2014年6月接收的80例痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者随机分为观察组与对照组各40例,对照组行常规治疗,观察组则行自拟中药方治疗,对比两组的月经周期恢复有效率与妊娠率。结果:两组经治疗后,对照组月经周期有效率以67.5%明显不及观察组的87.5%;妊娠率以37.5%明显不及观察组的67.5%(P<0.05)。结论:痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者采用自拟中药方治疗后,可有效改善患者临床症状,效果显著,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:To study the clinical effect of self-made decoction on the infertility patients with phlegm-damp type polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:80 infertility patients with phlegm-damp type polycystic ovary syndrome from January 2013 to June 2014 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,40 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with self-made decoction,while patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy. The menstrual cycle and pregnancy rate of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the menstrual cycle of the control group was 67.5% less than 87.5% of the observation group;the pregnancy rate to 37.5% less than 67.5% of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made decoction can effectively improve the patients’ clinical symptoms of phlegm-damp type polycystic ovary syndrome with obvious effect,which is worthy of promotion.更多还原
