【摘要】 目的:分析并探讨临床上中医治疗脂肪性肝病的治疗效果。方法:选取来我院就诊的脂肪性肝病患者88例,将其随机分为两组,对照组44例,治疗组44例,对照组采取西药常规治疗方法,治疗组给予自拟的中药汤剂治疗,3个月后比较两组的结果和疗效。结果:3个月后,治疗组44例中显效21例,有效者17例,无效者6例,总有效率为86.4%;对照组44例中显效者12例,有效者17例,无效者15例,总有效率为65.9%。说明治疗组治疗效果明显高于对照组,且两组比较,P<0.05,差异显著,有统计学意义;两组治疗后血脂水平和肝功能水平治疗组也均优于对照组(P<0.05,有统计学意义)。结论:用我院自拟的中药汤剂治疗脂肪性肝病疗效满意,可在临床上进一步推广和使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze and discuss clincial effects of TCM on fatty liver disease. Methods: 88 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 44 cases for each, the control group was given routine western medicine treatment, while the treatment group was given TCM treatment, with 3 months of treatment, and clinical effects were compared. Results: In the treatment group, 21 cases were markedly effective, 17 cases were improved, and 6 cases were invalid, while in the control group, 12 cases were markedly effective, 17 cases were improved, and 15 cases were invalid. The total efficiency in the treatment group(86.4%) was significantly better than that(65.9%) in the control group(P<0.05). The level of blood lipids and hepatic function in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM medicine decoction on fatty liver disease was worthy of clinical promotion with good effects.更多还原
