【摘要】 目的:探讨甲状腺手术中3种剂量罗库溴铵复合七氟醚麻醉对喉返神经监测的影响。方法:将2011年2月至2013年12月期间我院收治的96例甲状腺手术患者按照罗库溴铵使用剂量的不同分为3组。A组:32例患者,给予罗库溴铵0.3mg/kg;B组:30例患者,给予罗库溴铵0.6 mg/kg;C组:34例患者,给予罗库溴铵0.9 mg/kg,对3种剂量的效果进行统计分析。结果:B组、C组T2收缩压、舒张压、心率均低于A组T2(P<0.05)。各组未及时监测到喉返神经病例及等待的平均时间比较有明显差异(P<0.01)。各组TOF恢复至1个、2个肌颤搐时长存在明显差异(P<0.01)。结论:0.6 mg/k罗库溴铵既可以满足甲状腺手术的要求,亦可以满足术中喉返神经监测的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the effect of 3 different dosages on recurrent laryngeal nerve monitoring in thyroid operation. [Method]96 cases of thyroid operation in our hospital from February 2011 to December 2013 were divided according to different rocuronium dose into three groups. group A: 32 patients,rocuronium was given 0. 3 mg / kg;group B: 30 patients,rocuronium was given 0. 6 mg / kg; group C: 34 patients,rocuronium was given 3 doses of 0. 9mg / kg.
