【摘要】 目的:探讨中药熏洗配合壳聚糖治疗混合痔术后的疗效。方法:100例随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组用中药熏洗,对照组用高锰酸钾熏洗,两组均用壳聚糖凝胶换药。结果:两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗配合壳聚糖凝胶应用混合痔术后止血、止痛及消肿的疗效优于对照组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study clinical therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing therapy combined with Chitosan on postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Method:100 cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 groups in the treatment group and 50 cases in the control group. The treatment group were treated with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing therapy while the control group were treated with potassium permanganate fumigation.Both groups were treated with chitosan gel in dressing change.Result:The incidence of bleeding,pain and edema of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing therapy combined with Chitosan on postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoidsin stopping bleeding, pain and swelling, is superior to that of control group.更多还原
