脑氧饱和度监测在同期行冠状动脉旁路移植术联合颈动脉内膜剥脱术中的应用2例
Application of Regional Cerebral Oxygen Saturation Monitoring in Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting Combined with Carotid Endarterectomy: a Report of 2 Cases
【摘要】 脑氧饱和度监测是一种新型无创反映脑氧供需平衡的监测手段,我院2014年1~12月应用脑氧饱和度监测指导冠状动脉旁路移植术联合颈动脉内膜剥脱术2例,结果显示脑氧饱和度监测准确实时反映脑血流及脑供需平衡关系的变化,指导围术期用药调整,优化麻醉计划,减少术后神经系统并发症发生。
【Abstract】 Regional cerebral oxygen saturation(rSO2) monitoring is a novel noninvasive monitoring method of cerebral oxygen supply and demand balance. We applied rSO2 monitoring in two patients undergoing concomitant coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG) combined with carotid endarterectomy( CEA) from January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital. The rSO2 monitoring can provide real-time accurate information of cerebral blood and cerebral oxygen balance,guide perioperative drug adjustment,improve anesthetic plan,and reduce postoperative complications.
