【摘要】 目的:了解江苏省农村育龄妇女新医改感知与满意度情况,为深化医改服务提供依据。方法:利用自设问卷有效调查了1907名育龄妇女,统计分析方法主要采用描述性分析、χ2检验、Logistic回归分析。结果:98.8%的人认为基本公共卫生服务加强了,99.1%的人认为医保报销比例提高了。育龄妇女对新医改综合评价得分平均4.05分,苏北综合评价分最高4.37分,医保评价分最高4.18分。结论:育龄妇女对新医改综合评价较好,对四大体系改革感知明显变化有所不同,对四大体系的满意程度不同,不同地区的满意度存在差异,满意评价受到婚姻状况、孕产情况、职业和教育程度的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand reproductive age women perception and satisfaction with new healthcare reform in rural area in Jiangsu province,and to service for deepening medical reform. Methods Using self-designed questionnaire,1907 women of child-bearing age were effectively surveyed. Descriptive analysis Chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis were mainly used.Results 98. 8% of people though that basic public health services were strengthened and 99. 1% of people though that reimbursement ratio were enhanced than ever. Reproductive age women average score of comprehensive evaluation on new healthcare reform was 4. 05. Subei comprehensive average score was 4. 37,which was the highest in three areas. The score of evaluation on medical security was 4. 18,which was the highest in four health system. Conclusions Reproductive age women comprehensive evaluation on new healthcare reform is good. They have different perception about marked change in the four heath system. They have different satisfaction on the four heath system and in three areas in Jiangsu. The satisfaction is affected by marital status,maternal situation,occupation,education degree.更多还原
