【摘要】 目的:对陕西省某县新农合参合人员在不同等级医疗机构住院流向构成进行分析,为完善医疗机构补偿政策提供建议。方法:以2011年某县参合人群在不同等级医疗机构住院人次和费用补偿等为研究指标,利用SAS统计软件进行数据分析。结果与结论:该县应加强农村基层医疗设施建设,健全基层首诊和双向转诊制度,控制县外就医比重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the status of hospitalization of insured in the New Rural Cooperative Medical System in different medical institutions of Shaanxi Province,and provide suggestions for perfecting the compensation policy. Methods Indexes of average hospitalized person-time and compensation cost of insured in various medical institutions in 2011 were analyzed with SAS statistics software. Results and Conclusion It is suggested that primary health care facilities in rural areas should be strengthened. Primary first diagnosis and two-way referral system need to be improved. And medical treatment outside the county needs to be controlled.更多还原
