气相色谱-质谱法测定生活饮用水中的环氧氯丙烷

【摘要】 目的建立固相萃取小柱对生活饮用水样品进行富集,气相色谱-质谱联用技术检测生活饮用水中环氧氯丙烷的方法。方法取调节至中性的生活饮用水水样1.0 L,采用SPE大体积取样器经过HLB固相萃取小柱进行吸附,减压抽干小柱20 min,用3 ml丙酮洗脱,收集全部洗脱液,洗脱液无需浓缩直接进样后,通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行分析测定。结果当环氧氯丙烷的浓度为0 mg/L~1.0 mg/L时,其线性关系良好,线性回归方程为y=44 120x+707.5,相关系数(r)为0.999 3,检出限为0.01μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.90%~5.89%,回收率为75.8%~97.5%,洗脱效率为82.3%~98.3%。结论该方法的灵敏度高,精密度好,能满足GB/T 5750.3—2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法水质分析质量控制》的要求,可应用于生活饮用水中环氧氯丙烷的日常分析。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for determination of propylene oxide in drinking water by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry after the enrichment of the drinking water samples by the solid- phase extraction column. Methods 1. 0 L water sample was adjusted to neutral and adsorbed with HLB solid phase extraction column by SPE large volumn sampler; the little column was dried by decompression pumping for 20 min; then eluted by 3 ml actone,the collection of all the elution solution,without the need to concentrate,was directly injected into the sample,and then analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. Results When the concentration of propylene oxide was 0 mg / L- 1. 0 mg / L,the linear relationship was good,the linear regression equation was y = 44 120 x + 707. 5,the correlation coefficient( r) was 0. 999 3,the detection limit was0. 01 μg / L with the relative standard deviation( RSD) 3. 90%- 5. 89%,the recovery was 75. 8%- 97. 5% and the elution efficiency was 82. 3%- 98. 3%. Conclusion The method has high sensitivity and good precision,and can meet the requirement of GB / T 5750. 3—2006 Standard Examination Method for Drinking Water Water Analysis Quality Control. It can be applied to analysis of propylene oxide in drinking water.
