【摘要】 本文简要概述了进出境动植物检疫相关基础设施建设的必要性和建设内容,分析了当前我国进出境动植物检疫基础设施建设存在的主要问题,并提出了推进进出境动植物检疫基础设施建设的建议。

【Abstract】 This paper briefly outlined the necessity and the construct contents of the infrastructure of import & export animal and plant quarantine(APQ), and analyzed the main problems of the infrastructure of APQ. The comments on acceleration of the infrastructure construction were proposed.
