【摘要】 目的:建立控制连梅止痢口服液的鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对口服液中黄连、乌梅进行薄层色谱鉴别。结果:连梅止痢口服液中黄连、乌梅特征成分在与对照品色谱相应的位置上显现相同的荧光斑点,阴性对照品无干扰。结论:该薄层鉴别方法专属性强、重现性好,适用于连梅止痢口服液的质量标准控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the quality standard of Lianmeizhili Oral Solution. Methods: Thin layer chromatography(TLC) method was used to identify Rhizoma Coptitis and Fructus Mume in the oral solution. Results: The characteristic components of Rhizoma Coptitis and Fructus Mume in the oral solution present same color spots with the reference substance,and the negative samples had no interference. Conclusion: TLC method is specific and reproducible for the quality control of Lianmeizhili Oral Solution.更多还原
