自动测温技术用于猪瘟活疫苗兔体热型判定研究

【摘要】 比较无线自动测温技术与常规水银体温计对兔子体温检测的符合率合格后,将无线自动测温技术用于猪瘟活疫苗兔体热型反应的测定。研究结果表明,无线自动测温技术与常规水银体温计对兔子体温检测的符合率高达98.81%,温差≤0.5℃,且不受环境温度、湿度的影响,对被检动物安全。临床上分别用TOSHONGTM体温连续远程监测平台与常规水银体温计对96只伊拉兔接种猪瘟兔化弱毒疫苗进行兔体热型反应鉴定,2种测温方法对热型判定结果符合率为87.5%(84/96)。对存在鉴定差异的12只兔子的体温数据进一步分析表明,体温连续远程监测平台因高频率的实时监测,其鉴定结果的准确性与可靠性优于人工监测中的常规水银体温计。

【Abstract】 First,a coincidence rate between wireless automatic temperature measurement technology(WATMT)from TOSHONGTMand mercury thermometer was compared.The coincidence rate was 98.1%,the temperature difference were less than 0.5℃.The WATMT were not influenced by temperature and humidity of environment,and security to test animal.Second,the WATMT and mercury thermometer were respectively employed to monitor the fever reaction after ninety six Ira rabbits were inoculated with hog cholera lapinized virus vaccine.The coincidence rate was87.5%(84/96).Further analysis of the temperature difference in twelve rabbits showed that the accuracy and reliability in the WATMT method was superior to that of the mercury thermometer method because of the former in real-time monitor with high frequency.
