食用菌菌糠生产有机肥研究
Study on the Production of Organic Fertilizer by Spent Mushroom Substrate
【摘要】 研究食用菌菌糠规模化生产有机肥料的方法。利用当地食用菌菌糠、羊粪、烟草废料经微生物菌种发酵生产有机肥料,并进行田间试验。所获产品的有机质含量达到54%、全氮含量2.2%、全磷含量2.22%、全钾含量4.92%、总养分含量9.34%,其它指标包括p H值、大肠杆菌数、蛔虫卵死亡率以及汞、砷、镉、铅、铬含量等均符合我国有机肥料的行业标准;产品在金柚、蜜柚、脐橙、花生、番薯、苦瓜、油茶和茶叶等作物上试用,均有7%以上的增产效果。食用菌菌糠、羊粪、烟粉经微生物发酵后能生产出合格的有机肥料。
【Abstract】 The method about the large-scale production of organic fertilizers from the the spent mushroom substrate were studied. The edible fungi residue, sheep and tobacco waste by microbial fermentation were used to produce large-scale organic fer-tilizers. And the field experiments were carried on. The obtained products contained 54% of organic matter, 2.2% of total nitro-gen, 2.22% of total phosphorus, 4.92% of total potassium, and the total nutrient was reached to 9.34%, other indicators, such as the p H, coliforms, mortality of ascarid egg, and levels of the heavy metals, such as As, Cd, Pb, Cr and Hg were all accord with the industry standards of organic fertilizers by the Department of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China. Preliminary experiments were done on pomelos, sweet pomelos, navel oranges, peanuts, sweet potatoes, balsam pear, camellia and tea so on,that access to more than 7% of the yield increase. Certified organic fertilizer can be produced by edible fungi residue combined with sheep dung and smoke powder after microbial fermentation.
