【摘要】 目的观察七叶皂苷钠不同剂型对跟骨骨折术后肢体肿胀治疗的临床疗效。方法 81例SandersⅢ型跟骨骨折手术患者,随机分为术后空白对照组(1组,14例)、甘露醇组(2组,14例)、静脉使用七叶皂苷钠组(3组,16例)、外用七叶皂苷搽剂组(4组,16例)和联合静脉使用七叶皂苷钠+外用七叶皂苷搽剂组(5组,21例)。分别观察各组患者手术后肢体肿胀治疗效果以及手术后皮肤并发症的发生情况。结果 2、3、4、5组的疗效与1组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),3、4组的疗效与2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),5组的疗效与2、3、4组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论七叶皂苷钠不同剂型的联合应用对跟骨骨折术后肢体肿胀的治疗安全性高,效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of different sodium aescinate formulations in treatment of limb swelling after calcaneal fracture operation. Methods A total of 81 patients with Sanders Ⅲ type calcaneal fracture were randomly divided into postoperative blank control group(group 1, 14 cases), mannitol group(group 2, 14 cases), intravenous administration of sodium aescinate group(group 3, 16 cases), external use of aescinate liniment group(group 4, 16 cases), and intravenous administration of sodium aescinate + external use of aescinate liniment group(group 5, 21 cases). Curative effects for limb swelling after operation and skin complications of every group were observed. Results The difference of curative effects between groups 2, 3, 4, 5 and group 1 had statistical significance(P<0.05). The difference of curative effects between groups 3, 4 and group 2 had no statistical significance(P>0.05). The difference of curative effects between group 5 and groups 2, 3, 4 had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of different sodium aescinate formulations has high safety with good effect in treatment of limb swelling after calcaneal fracture operation更多还原
