伺服控制在离心叶轮数控加工中的应用研究
Research on Servo Control in CNC Machining Centrifugal Impeller
【摘要】 指出了多轴加工中伺服参数调整的意义,详细分析了各伺服参数及其作用,并在实际加工中加以验证。针对精度要求高的叶轮类零件加工,以离心叶轮为例,在加工中进行伺服调整,并比较分析加工结果。试验结果表明,优化伺服参数可有效减小系统跟随误差,改善叶轮加工精度。
【Abstract】 The importance of tuning servo parameters in multi-axis machining is figured out,the effects of each servo parameters are analyzed and verified in practical application. Aiming at the high precision of impeller machining,take machining centrifugal impeller as example,servo parameters are tuned during machining,and sampling data are analyzed. The result shows that optimizing servo parameters can reduce system tracking error effectively,and improve the precision of impeller.
