【Abstract】 Lipid-lowering therapy is the foundation for atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease prevention and the primary goal is to reduce the LDL-C and non-HDL-C. Although statins are still the first treatment option for dyslipidemia, many patients treated with statins alone do not reach the lipid goals recommended by guidelines.
