【摘要】 目的:了解西藏C地区老年人卫生服务的需要和利用现况。方法:采用PPS抽样方法,对该地区60岁及以上的357位老年人进行调查。结果:该地区老年人两周患病率为34.2%,慢性病患病率为48.5%,住院率为17.2%。应住院未住院的主要原因为经济困难。从主要疾病构成来看排名靠前的慢性疾病分别是高血压、类风湿性关节炎。结论:该地区老年人医疗卫生服务需要量较大,相关部门应加强对老年人的健康服务,加大健康教育宣传力度,提高老年人生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the current status of health service demands and utilizations of elderly people in certain prefecture of Tibet.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted with PPS sampling methods among 357 people aged 60 and above.Results Two-week illness prevalence was 34.2%,prevalence of chronic disease 48.5%,and hospital admission rate 17.2%.Finance was the main reason for those who should hospitalize but not.Hypertension and rheumatoid arthritis were the most common diseases among elderly people in that area.Conclusion There is big gap between health care demands and health service utilization among the elderly.Better health service and health education should be promoted for the elderly.更多还原
