【摘要】 目的分析急性胰腺炎患者临床护理路径及护理效果。方法选取该院消化内科2013年10月—2015年2月收治的142例急性胰腺炎患者作为临床研究对象,采用随机数字分组法将142例患者均分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理模式,观察组于常规护理模式基础上给予临床综合护理模式,对比二组患者临床疗效及护理满意度。结果观察组71例急性胰腺炎患者经临床综合护理后,各项临床指标改善情况显著优于对照组患者,且临床症状缓解时间也相应早于对照组患者,组间差异对比,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;二组患者临床护理总满意度对比,观察组患者明显高于对照组患者,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论急性胰腺炎患者临床应用综合护理模式,可有效强化患者治疗效果,提升护理满意度,为患者预后康复奠定坚实基础,值得临床进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze clinical nursing pathway in patients with acute pancreatitis and nursing effect.Methods Totally 142 patients with acute pancreatitis were chosen as clinical research subjects in digestive internal medicine during October 2013 and February 2015,and they were divided into observation group and control group by the random number.The control group received routine nursing mode,while the observation group received clinical comprehensive care model based on the conventional nursing mode,and the clinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction were compared bertween the two groups of patients.Results After comprehensive clinical care,observation group of 71 patients with acute pancreatitis in body weight,blood amylase,upper arm muscle circumference were significantly decreased,blood amylase decreased levels correspondingly superior to control group,the clinical comprehensive efficacy,P<0.05;Total satisfaction compared two groups of patients with clinical nursing,the observation group of patients were significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05,there was statistical significance.ConclusionClinical application in patients with acute pancreatitis clinical comprehensive care model,which can effectively strengthen the treatment effect,improve nursing satisfaction,for the prognosis of patients life quality improvement to lay a solid foundation,is worth further clinical application.更多还原
