【摘要】 目的探讨成人多巴反应性肌张力障碍的临床特点,以提高诊断及治疗水平。方法回顾性分析1例成人多巴反应性肌张力障碍的临床资料,并复习相关文献。结果该例患者符合多巴反应性肌张力障碍诊断,小剂量美多芭(62.5mg/d)有效,随访4月,病情无波动,未见明显副作用。结论成人多巴反应性肌张力障碍和儿童多巴反应性肌张力障碍临床特点不同,且易误诊,应早期使用左旋多巴制剂进行试验性治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of adult dopa-responsive dystonia in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment level.Methods Analyzed the clinical materials of 1 adult patient with dopa-responsive dystonia retrospectively,and reviewed the relevant literature.Results This patient suited the diagnosis of adult dopa-responsive dystonia and accepted small dose of Madopar(62.5mg/day) effectively.There was no occurrence of fluctuation and significant side effect during the four months follow-up.Conclusion The clinical characteristics of children dopa-responsive dystonia are different from that of adult dopa-responsive dystonia,it is easier to be misdiagnosed,levodopa preparation should be taken into experimental treatment earlier.更多还原
