【摘要】 [目的]了解2010年兰州市女性乳腺癌的发病状况及变化趋势,为乳腺癌的防治研究提供科学依据。[方法]根据甘肃省肿瘤登记处2010年登记的恶性肿瘤发病病例资料,统计和分析2010年女性乳腺癌发病情况。利用Joinpoint模型分析兰州市女性乳腺癌在2005~2010年发病趋势。[结果]兰州市2010年女性乳腺癌的发病率为25.14/10万,居全部恶性肿瘤发病顺位第1位。中标率18.99/10万,世标率23.58/10万,低于世界、亚洲、发达国家及发展中国家平均发病水平,接近中国平均发病水平。2005~2010年女性乳腺癌发病率呈直线上升趋势。[结论]乳腺癌是威胁兰州市女性健康的最主要恶性肿瘤,且发病率呈增高趋势,应着力加强防治研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose] To investigate the incidence of female breast cancer in Lanzhou,2010,and to provide basis for making control measures and strategies for prevention. [Methods] The data of2010 from Gansu Cancer Registries were collected and analyzed for the incidence of breast cancer.The Joinpoint model was used to analyze the breast cancer trends of the long term data in Lanzhou. [Results] The crude incidence rof breast cancer in Lanzhou was 25.14/105 in 2010,ranked 1st. The age-standardized mortality rates by Chinese standard population(ASR China) and by world standard population(ASR world) were18.99/105 and 23.58/105 respectively. Below the world average level of developed countries and developing countries in Asia,close to the average level of China. The incidence of breast cancer increased rapidly during 2005 ~2007 in Lanzhou.[Conclusion] The breast cancer is the major cancer of female in Lanzhou. The incidence of breast cancer increased rapidly. Control of breast cancer is still need to be strengthened in Lanzhou.更多还原
