【摘要】 目的:对药品的销售情况进行分析和预测,为合理制订医院药品采购计划提供参考。方法:收集医院信息管理系统中的药品记录,利用Vlookup函数查找药品的消耗、库存等相关数据,并利用Excel的数据分析、统计等功能,对后期药品需求进行分析和预测。结果与结论:科学合理利用医院信息管理系统,采集药品相关数据,应用Vlookup函数推测药品的销耗、库存、需求等相关数据,是合理制订药品采购计划、科学管理医院药品的良好手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze and forecast sales of drugs so as to provide reference for rational drug purchase plan in our hospital. Methods: Drug records were collected from the hospital information management system, and Vlookup function was used to search the relevant data such as drug consumptions, inventory, and the Excel features such as data analysis and statistics were used to analyze and forecast demands of drugs in later period. Results and Conclusion: Scientific and reasonable use of hospital information management system to collect drug related data and application of Vlookup function to forecasting the relevant data such as drug consumptions and inventory demand are good means for making rational drug purchase plan and scientific management of drugs.更多还原
