【Abstract】 Regarding complex conditions and treatment difficulties in pelvic and acetabular fracture, good surgical exposure of the operative field is crucial for the clinical results. Nowadays, modified Stoppa approach is becoming more widely used due to its broad visualization, simple procedure and small injury, etc. In this paper,the current researches of indications and contraindications, surgical techniques, perioperative preparations and clinical results were reviewed surrounding the modified Stoppa approach in the treatment of pelvic and acetabular fractures.更多还原
