【摘要】 目的探讨糖尿病合并心力衰竭(心衰)患者红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)与N端前脑钠肽(NT-pro BNP)的相关性。方法选取我院2014年1月~2015年4月确诊的56例糖尿病并发心衰的患者作为糖尿病并发心衰组,选择同期无年龄性别差异的确诊的单纯糖尿病患者32例和健康体检者20例,均作为对照组。检测3组的血细胞常规和血清NT-pro BNP水平的。采用单因素方差分析3组临床资料,采用Pearson直线相关对RDW与NTpro BNP、Hb相关性进行分析。结果糖尿病并发心衰组的RDW水平明显高于单纯糖尿病组和健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。糖尿病并发心衰患者的RDW与NT-pro BNP水平间存在相关性(r=0.595,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病并发心衰患者的RDW高于单纯糖尿病组,RDW可作为糖尿病并发心衰的筛选指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between red blood cell volume distribution width(RDW) in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM) and heart failure and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP). Methods 56 patients definitely diagnosed as DM and heart failure from January 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital were selected as case group.At the same time,32 patients only suffered from DM without differences in age or gender and 20 healthy people after physical examinations were classified into control group.Blood routine and the level of NT-pro BNP among each group were detected.The clinical data from three groups were analyzed by single-factor variance.The correlations among RDW,NT-pro BNP,and Hb were analyzed by Pearson rectilinear correlation. Results The single-factor variance analysis indicated that RDW level in DM combined with heart failure group was greatly higher than only DM group and healthy control group with statistical differences(P<0.05). There was a correlation between RDW and NT-pro BNP in patients with DM and heart failure, and coefficient of association(r=0.595,P<0.05). Conclusion RDW in patients with DM combined with heart failure is higher than that in the only DM group,and RDW can be selected as a screening index in DM combined with heart failure.更多还原
