【摘要】 目的探讨牛磺酸联合维生素E治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的疗效和安全性。方法选取2012年6月~2013年6月我院门诊经B超等检查诊断为非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者17例,用牛磺酸(2.0 g/次,3次/d,餐后服用)联合维生素E(100 mg/次,3次/d),疗程12周,治疗前后做肝功能、三酰甘油、血糖、血清总胆固醇、B超或CT检查。结果治疗后患者ALT、AST、GGT、总胆固醇、三酰甘油和空腹血糖显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B超或CT检查发现脂肪肝程度得到一定改善,治疗期间患者无不良反应。结论牛磺酸联合维生素E治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病安全有效,且价廉,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy and security of taurine combined with vitamin E in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods 17 cases diagnosed via inspections like B ultrasound as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease from June 2012 to June 2013 in outpatient department of our hospital were selected.For treatment,taurine was taken(2 g/times,3 times/d,after meal taking),combined with vitamin E(100 mg/times,3 times/d) for treatment course of 12 weeks,and liver function,triglyceride,blood sugar,serum total cholesterol and B ultrasound or CT were tested before and after treatment. Results After the treatment with taurine combined with vitamin E,ALT,AST,GGT,total cholesterol,total cholesterol and fasting blood-glucose levels of patients were obviously decreased,with statistical difference(P<0.05),The degree of fatty liver was found to be improved to a certain extent though B altrasound or CT test,without obvious adverse reactions and obvious toxic and side effects during treatment. Conclusion Taurine combined with vitamin E in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is safe and effective,which is inexpensive and worthy of promtion.更多还原
