【摘要】 目的探讨强化教育对糖尿患者足部自我护理能力的作用。方法选取2013年1~12月在本院治疗的120例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在对照组的基础上给予强化护理教育干预。比较两组的足部护理知识掌握情况、空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白以及糖尿病足相关指标。结果观察组的足部护理知识掌握率为95%,显著高于对照组的60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的足背动脉搏动、足部压力感觉正常率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化健康教育能够提高糖尿病患者的足部护理知识知晓率,改善其足部护理质量,进而促进糖尿病的治疗和预防,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of strengthening education on foot self-care ability of patients with diabetes. Methods 120 cases with diabetes from January 2013 to December in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing method,the observation group was given strengthen nursing education intervention on the basis of the control group.The foot care knowledge,the level of blood glucose and Hb A1 c and foot related index in two groups was compared. Results The grasp rate of foot care knowledge in the observation group was 95%,which was higher than 60% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The level of blood glucose and Hb A1 c in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The normal rate of pulsation of dorsal artery of foot and foot feels pressure in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P <0.05). Conclusion The strengthening health education can improve the awareness rate of foot care knowledge and the foot nursing quality in patient with diabetes,promotes the treatment efficacy and prevention efficacy of diabetes,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
