二次扩链法合成侧链型非离子聚氨酯及其性能研究

【摘要】 以乙氧基封端聚合物二醇(N120)为非离子亲水性单体,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)和新戊二醇(NPG)为主要原料,采用一锅法将聚氧乙烯醚亲水链引入到聚氨酯分子侧链中,通过二次扩链制备了侧链型非离子聚氨酯,研究了其微相分离结构和热稳定性、耐液体介质、静态力学等性能。结果表明:随着N120含量由10%增加到18%,乳液粒子由大小双峰分布转变为小粒径单峰分布,成膜在液体介质中溶胀率增加,膜断裂伸长率由696.2%增加到最大值956.8%,而涂膜的断裂强度由4.65MPa降低到2.59MPa,软段和硬度的△Tg降低了4.6℃,微相分离程度减小。

【Abstract】 The hydrophilic chain of polyoxyethylene ether was introduced on polyurethane side- chain through one- pot method.The Side- chained non- ionic polyurethane was prepared by secondary chain extending with polyoxyethylene ether diol(N120) as non-ionic hydrophilic monomer,isophorone diisocyanate(BPDI),polytetramethylene glycol(PTMG) and neopentyl glycol(NPG) as main materials.Its micro-phase structure,thermal stability,resistance to liquids and static mechanical properties were studied.The results show that with the content of N120 increases from 10%to 18%,the emulsion particle sizes distribution changes from wide bimodal distribution to narrow unimodal distribution.The swelling rate of films in liquid medium increases,and the elongation at break increases from 696.2%to maximum of 956.8%,while the breaking strength decreases from 4.65 MPa to 2.59 MPa.The glass transition temperature(△Tg) between soft segments and hard segments decrease by 4.6℃,and the degree of micro- phased separation decreases.
