【摘要】 目的探讨健康体检者脂肪肝与胆囊结石之间的关系,为脂肪肝与胆囊结石的防治提供客观依据。方法对2 183例健康体检者进行脂肪肝超声诊断及胆囊结石声像图诊断,对资料进行分析。结果共检查出脂肪肝患者429例,胆囊结石患者112例,男性脂肪肝的患病率明显高于女性,女性胆囊结石的患病率高于男性,脂肪肝组胆囊结石患病率(11.88%)显著高于非脂肪肝组(3.48%),差异有统计学意义。结论脂肪肝与胆囊结石的发生有密切关系,加强对脂肪肝的防治可降低胆囊结石的发病率。加强对脂肪肝患者胆囊结石诊断和监测的超声检查,是早期发现,早期诊断脂肪肝胆囊结石的最佳检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between fatty liver and gallstone in physical examination takers and provide objective basis for the prevention and treatment of fatty liver and gallstone. Methods 2 183 physical examination takers were given ultrasonic diagnosis of fatty liver and sonographic diagnosis of gallstone,aand the data were analyzed. Results There were 429 patients with fatty liver and 112 patient with gallstone.The prevalence rate of fatty liver was significantly higher in males than females,while the prevalence of gallstone was significantly higher in females than males,and the prevalence rate of gallstone in fatty liver group(11.88%)was significantly higher than that in non-fatty liver group(3.48%)with differences of statistical significance. Conclusion The incidence of fatty liver is closely related to gallstone,and early prevention and treatment of fatty liver can reduce the incidence of gallstone.The ultrasonic testing and diagnosis of gallstone in patients with fatty liver is the best way to early find and diagnose fatty liver with gallstone.更多还原
