【Abstract】 The Nuremberg International Military Tribunal and that for the Far East were established almost 70 years ago after the World War II. It is the first time in the history of mankind to try and to punish the war crimes by means of international law. The mandates of these two military tribunals are to abolish wars in the future. However,is that the launch of war should no longer be regarded as "national right"of states Is that aggressive acts of the Heads of States must be criminalized The answers to the above questions are actually concerned with the important question of survival of our civilization in the modern society,in which the technology is so advanced and the harm caused by war could be of enormous destruction. After the long process,the Tokyo Trial decided in its Judgment that aggression is a crime and those who committed the crimes of aggression must be tried and punished by the rules of international law. The Tokyo Trial has made great contribution to the world peace and is a legend for China,Japan as well as for the whole world.更多还原
