【摘要】 目的探索提高基层新生儿复苏技术培训的方法。方法选取宁夏回族自治区新生儿窒息发生率较高的两个县区作为研究地区,对研究地区进行调查,内容包括新生儿窒息发生率、窒息死亡率、业务人员的知识知晓率及复苏流程操作的掌握程度,采取驻县专家蹲点的形式,定期深入助产机构,对相关业务人员进行新生儿复苏技术现场培训。结果培训后业务人员知识知晓率及复苏流程操作的掌握程度与培训前相比明显提高(t=6.223,P=0.000;t=6.538,P=0.000);新生儿窒息发生率由2.07%下降至1.48%(χ2=7.41,P=0.006),窒息死亡率由164.43/10万下降至54.63/10万(χ2=4.03,P=0.044 7)。结论采取驻县专家蹲点的形式,定期对县级以上医疗保健机构相关业务人员进行新生儿复苏技术现场培训指导,有助于基层人员新生儿复苏技能的提高,有利于降低新生儿窒息发生率和窒息死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the methods to improve neonatal resuscitation technique training in primary hospitals.Methods Two counties( districts) with high incidence rate of neonatal asphyxia were selected from Hui Autonomous Region as research areas,then the incidence rate of neonatal asphyxia,the mortality of neonatal asphyxia,awareness rate of medical staff,and master degree of resuscitation process and operation in the research areas were surveyed; the experts went to midwifery organizations regularly in the form of staying in county,the related staff received on-site training of neonatal resuscitation technique. Results After training,the awareness rate of medical staff and master degree of resuscitation process and operation were statistically significantly higher than those before training( t =6. 223,P = 0. 000; t = 6. 538,P = 0. 000),the incidence rate of neonatal asphyxia decreased from 2. 07% to 1. 48%( χ2= 7. 41,P =0. 006),the mortality of neonatal asphyxia decreased from 164. 43 per 100 000 to 54. 63 per 100 000( χ2= 4. 03,P = 0. 044 7). Conclusion The experts stay in county to regularly carry out on-site training of neonatal resuscitation technique among the related medical staff in medical health care institutions above county level,which can improve neonatal resuscitation technique in primary hospitals and reduce incidence rate and mortality of neonatal asphyxia.更多还原
