腹腔镜卵巢打孔术联合中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的疗效分析

【摘要】 目的:观察腹腔镜卵巢打孔术(LOD)联合中药治疗多囊卵巢综合症(PCOS)不孕的疗效。方法:选取2010年1月~2012年6月因PCOS不孕行LOD治疗的48例患者为LOD组,同时选择2012年7月~2014年12月PCOS不孕行LOD+中药治疗的50例患者为LOD+中药组,观察两组术后6个月内的排卵率和术后1年内的妊娠率。结果:LOD+中药组排卵率为86.00%(258/300)、妊娠率70.00%(35/50),LOD组排卵率为68.05%(196/288)、妊娠率为47.92%(23/48),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.48、4.94,P均<0.05)。结论:PCOS不孕LOD术后半年内及时利用内分泌环境的改善,辅以补肾、健脾、祛痰、调经中药,可提高PCOS不孕患者的排卵率和妊娠率。

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of laparoscopic ovarian drilling( LOD) combined with traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) in treatment of infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome( PCOS). Methods: Forty-eight infertile patients with PCOS treated by LOD in the hospital from January 2010 to June 2012 were selected as LOD group; fifty infertile patients with PCOS treated by LOD combined with TCM from July 2012 to December 2014 were selected as LOD+TCM group. The ovulation rates within six months and the pregnancy rates within one year after operation in the two groups were observed. Results: The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in LOD+TCM group were 86. 00%( 258 / 300) and 70. 00%( 35 / 50),respectively; the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in LOD group were68. 05%( 196 / 288) and 47. 92%( 23 / 48),respectively,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups( χ2= 4. 48,P<0. 05; χ2= 4. 94,P<0. 05). Conclusion: Improvement of endocrine environment within half a year after LOD combined with TCM of notifying kidney and spleen,eliminating phlegm,and regulating menstruation can improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of infertile patients with PCOS.
