【摘要】 目的:了解长春市朝阳区育龄妇女缺铁性贫血(IDA)与膳食营养素摄入量之间的关系,为开展营养健康教育提供科学依据。方法:采取随机整群抽样法抽取长春市朝阳区15~49周岁育龄女性共237名,膳食调查采用连续3日24 h个人膳食询问法,血红蛋白(Hb)测定采用氰化高铁法。结果:237名育龄妇女中贫血(Hb<120 g/L)15例(6.3%);大学及以上文化程度人群贫血患病率低于其他文化程度人群贫血患病率(χ2=26.109,P<0.05);高经济收入人群贫血患病率低于低收入人群贫血患病率(χ2=19.972,P<0.05);非贫血者和贫血者薯类、禽畜肉类以及维生素C、钙、铁和硒摄入量比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长春市朝阳区育龄妇女贫血与文化程度、经济收入、膳食结构和营养素摄入情况有一定关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the relationship between iron deficiency anemia( IDA) and intake of dietary nutrients among the women of childbearing age in Chaoyang District of Changchun,provide a scientific basis for carrying out nutritional health education.Methods: A total of 237 women of childbearing age were selected from Chaoyang District in Changchun by random cluster sampling method,24- hour individual dietary recall method was used for consecutive three days to survey dietary situation,Hi CN method was used to detect hemoglobin concentration. Results: Among 237 women,15 women were diagnosed as IDA( hemoglobin concentration < 120 g / L),the incidence rate was 6. 3%; the prevalence rate of IDA in women whose educational level was university degree or above was statistically significantly lower than that in women whose educational level was lower than university degree( χ2= 26. 109,P < 0. 05); the prevalence rate of IDA in women with high economic income was statistically significantly lower than that in women with low economic income( χ2= 19. 972,P < 0. 05); there were statistically significant differences in intakes of potatoes,meat,vitamin C,calcium,iron and selenium between the women with IDA and the women without IDA( P < 0. 05).
