【摘要】 重症急性胰腺炎在其发展过程中,肠黏膜屏障功能损伤是其严重的并发症之一,会导致肠道内细菌及内毒素穿过屏障,进入血液及淋巴循环,造成肠源性感染,对重症急性胰腺炎的病情发展起到推动作用,最终导致患者死亡率呈现出增高的趋势,目前在临床上保护肠黏膜屏障已经成为治疗急性重症胰腺炎的一种重要的治疗方法和手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Intestinal barrier functional disturbance is a severe complication of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). It induces the translocation of gut bacteria and endotoxin,and thus result in enterogenous infection, and then contributes the development of SAP. Finally,the intestinal barrier functional disturbance is closely associated with increasing mortality in SAP.In clinical,it is a very important treatment of severe acute pancreatitis to protect intestinal barrier function.更多还原
