【摘要】 目的探讨自拟解毒凉血汤灌肠联合美沙拉嗪栓治疗直肠型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取98例直肠型溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用生理盐水灌肠联合美沙拉嗪栓治疗,观察组采用自拟解毒凉血汤灌肠联合美沙拉嗪栓治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后纤维结肠镜检积分、内镜评分及DAI评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为98.0%,明显高于对照组的79.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血小板计数及血沉明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血小板计数、血沉明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清TNF-α、IL-8水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟解毒凉血汤灌肠联合美沙拉嗪栓治疗直肠型溃疡性结肠炎有助于改善临床症状,减轻炎症反应,疗效显著,可在临床上推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of self-made Jiedu Liangxue decoction coloclysis in combination with Mesalazine against distal ulcerative colitis. Methods A total of 98 patients with distal ulcerative colitis were random Ly divided into control group and treatment group. Patients in control group were received treatment of Physiological saline coloclysis in combination with Mesalazine,and those in treatment group accepted self-made Jiedu Liangxue decoction coloclysis in combination with Mesalazine. Then the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The fiber colonoscopy integral,Endoscopic score and DAI score of treatment group were significantly lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment group were 98.0%, significantly higher than 79.6% of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the platelet count and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of treatment group significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically signif icant(P <0.05);the erythrocyte sedimentation rate of treatment group significantly lower than control group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the TNF-α,IL-8 levels of treatment group significantly lower than control group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Self-made Jiedu Liangxue decoction coloclysis in combination with Mesalazine for treatment of distal ulcerative colitis improve the clinical symptoms and lighten inflammatory reaction. The clinical curative effect is remarkable. It can be applied in clinical practice.更多还原
