【摘要】 目的研究开腹手术与腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石的临床对照。方法选取2013年4月~2014年4月我院收治的胆囊结石并行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者65例为Ⅰ组,另选择胆囊结石并行开腹手术治疗的患者65例为Ⅱ组,比较两组的住院时间、肛门排气时间、术中情况(手术时间、术中出血量和手术切口长度)以及术后并发症等。结果两组手术成功率均为100%。Ⅰ组手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间以及切口长度分别为(61.3±10.3)min、(53.9±2.8)m L、(14.8±0.5)h、(6.2±0.5)d、(1.3±0.2)cm,均显著优于Ⅱ组的(89.4±8.7)min、(99.4±1.4)m L、(45.8±2.6)h、(10.9±2.2)d、(7.9±0.4)cm。Ⅰ组术后并发症的发生率显著低于Ⅱ组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石具有较好的效果,能显著降低手术创伤,术后并发症少,患者康复较快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the controlled clinical of open surgery and laparoscopic surgery in treatment of gallstones. Methods 65 cases with gallstones given laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected as group Ⅰ from our hospital during the period from April 2013 to April 2014, 65 cases with gallstones and given laparotomy were also selected as group Ⅱ, hospitalization time, anal exhaust time, intraoperative conditions(operative time, blood loss and surgical incision length) and postoperative complications of two groups were compared. Results The successful surgery of both groups were 100%,the operative time, blood loss, flatus, hospitalization time and incision length of the group Ⅰ were(61.3±10.3) min,(53.9±2.8) m L,(14.8±0.5) h,(6.2±0.5) d,(1.3±0.2) cm, which were significantly better than the groupⅡ(89.4±8.7) min,(99.4±1.4) m L,(45.8±2.6) h,(10.9±2.2) d,(7.9±0.4) cm, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); The incidence of postoperative complications in Group Ⅰ was significantly lower than group Ⅱ, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery in treatment of gallstones has better efficacy,can significantly reduce surgical trauma, it has fewer complications, the rehabilitation of patients are faster.更多还原
