【摘要】 目的探讨初诊2型糖尿病患者血清betatrophin水平及其与胰岛素抵抗水平的关系。方法选择31例健康体检者作为对照组,初诊未经治疗的2型糖尿病患者35例作为初诊T2DM组,采用ELISA法测定betatrophin含量,应用稳态模型评估法计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果 B组betatrophin、游离脂肪酸、HOMA-IR、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于A组(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素抵抗导致初诊2型糖尿病患者血清betatrophin水平升高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the association between serum betatrophin levels and insulin resistance in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients. Methods A total of 31 healthy subjects(control group) and 35 newly-diagnosed type 2diabetes patients(new T2 DM group) were recruited. Serum betatrophin was detected with the methods of ELISA,insulin resistance was assessed with homeostasis model(HOMA-IR). Results The levels of betatrophin,free fatty acids,HOMA-IR,fasting plasma glucose,fasting serum insulin,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly higher in group B than those in group A(P<0.05). Conclusion Insulin resistance leads to elevated serum levels of betatrophin in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.更多还原
