【摘要】 第二轮志书记述自然环境存在8个方面的问题:部分内容归类失当;部分内容重复设置;城区志自然部类内容繁简失当;编(章)概述要素不全;舍难求易,忽视反映重大和深层次的问题;记气候要素缺乏对比,内容不够完善;多处涉"水"内容记述混乱、重复;记自然灾害,只有逐年实录而无规律概括等。解决这些问题,要从科学文献中界定内容,避免随意性;要错开角度记述,避免不必要的重复;要详主略次,突出重点,加强记述深度;要加强提炼、概括和对比,反映变化和规律。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are problems with natural environment recordings of the second-round local records from eight aspects;inappropriate categorization of certain contents;overlapping setup of certain contents with little differences;inappropriate arrangement of city district records nature category content length;incomplete elements of chapter summaries;seeking for the easy parts and leaving out the difficulties,neglecting reflections of some fundamental and deep-rooted problems;lack of comparison in key elements of climate recordings,and incomprehensive contents;confusions and overlapping recordings of multiple contents involved with contents related to "water";no summary of principles but only year-on-year factual recordings of natural disasters.To solve these problems,we must define contents within the context of scientific documentations and avoid casualness;have recordings from different angles and avoid unnecessary repetitions;highlight the key points and strengthen the depth of recordings by providing detailed treatment to key points and being brief with the lesser points;strengthen extraction,summary,and comparison to reflect changes and principles.更多还原
