【摘要】 我国正在推进高温气冷堆核动力厂法规体系的建设,《高温气冷堆核动力厂安全评价与验证》是拟编制的核安全导则之一。本文回顾了轻水堆核动力厂相关法规的发展与现状,理清了安全评价、安全分析、独立验证等术语的定义,明确了它们在整个设计过程中的关系,对现有法规在高温气冷堆核动力厂安全评价与独立验证中的适用性进行了分析,为拟编制的导则提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The establishment of nuclear safety regulations system is advancing for nuclear power plants(NPPs)with high temperature gas-cooled reactors(HTGRs).In that system,"Safety Assessment and Verification for NPPs with HTGRs"is one of the safety guides planned to be made.In this study,a review was performed in terms of historical development and current status of the relevant safety regulations issued for NPPs with light water reactors.Furthermore,the definitions of engineering terms,such as safety assessment,safety analysis and independent verification,were clarified and the relationship of these activities in the design process was addressed.Regarding the existing regulations,their applicability to safety assessment and independent verification forNPPs with HTGRs was analyzed.
