【摘要】 中国盐文化源远流长,形成盐工文化、盐商文化、盐政文化三大主脉,并有海盐文化、井盐文化、池盐文化三大形态与之交叉。近百年来学人用现代科学的方法研究总结盐文化,成果辉煌。本世纪以来更形成几大高潮。但当前盐业生产的转型、盐业体制的变革、盐产品用途的拓展,对传统盐文化研究带来严峻挑战。我们应固守学术底线,切实保护遗产,加强文献整理,化挑战为机遇,服务当今社会。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese salt-related culture has a long history,the main branches including salt worker culture,salt merchant culture and salt administration culture,which are intersected with the culture of sea salt,well salt and lake salt.In the past hundred years scholars have made great achievement in summarizing the salt-related culture with modern research methods.Since the beginning of this century the research in this field has further formed several climax.However,the current transformation of salt production,the reform in salt administration and the expansion of product use are posing serious challenges to the traditional research.We should stick to the academic bottom line,protecting our heritage and collecting and arranging the existing research literature so as to turn the challenges into wider research space to serve the society.更多还原
