【摘要】 目的 了解老年患者疾病构成,为老年疾病的防治提供诊疗依据。方法 分析2013年7月1日~2015年6月30日武汉大学中南医院39 642例年龄≥60岁住院患者的病历资料。结果 老年住院患者年龄55.2%集中在60岁~69岁,老年住院患者病死率为1.87%;疾病顺位前五位分别是循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、泌尿系统疾病;老年住院患者前十位疾病中男性比例明显高于女性。结论 倡导健康的生活方式与习惯,建立合理完善的老年医疗保障制度,重点防治威胁老年人健康的前十位疾病,以降低老年住院患者病死率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand disease constitution of elderly inpatients,and provide diagnosis and treatment of geriatric diseases.Methods 39 642 medical records of hospitalized patients over 60 years old from Jul.2013 to Jun.2015 were analyzed.Results Most of the patients aged from 60 to 69 years old(55.2%) with fatality rate 1.85%.The top five diseases are circulatory system diseases,tumor,respiratory diseases,digestive system diseases and urinary system diseases.In the top 10 diseases,proportion of male are significantly higher than female in elderly inpatients.Conclusion Healthy lifestyle and habits should be advocated,reasonable and complete elderly health care system should be established,and the top 10 diseases should be prevented and treated in order to reduce fatality rate of elderly patients.更多还原
