【摘要】 目的:分析广东省农村公共卫生服务体系建设现状,以期为广东加强农村公共卫生服务体系建设提供科学依据。方法:采用SWOT分析方法,综合评价广东省农村公共卫生服务体系建设情况。结果:优势,农村三级公共卫生服务网络日趋完善,服务效果有所增强,效率日益提升,政府购买农村公共卫生服务的理念已然形成;劣势,农村公共卫生服务体系功能仍相对弱化,资源配置仍不尽合理,人员仍略显不足,结构仍需优化;机会,政策环境良好,物质条件保障有力,卫生人才培养体系完善;威胁,农村居民公共卫生服务需求出现新变化,农村疾病防控任务带来新挑战,流动人口和人口老龄化形成新压力。结论:要进一步促进城乡公共卫生服务均等化,增强农村公共卫生服务效能,搞好农村疾病预防与控制,做好农村重点人群的公共卫生服务工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Current situation of rural public health service system construction will be analyzed to provide scientific basis for Guangdong province to strengthen the construction of rural public health service system. Methods: To conduct comprehensive appraisal of rural public health service system construction of Guangdong province with SWOT analysis approach. Results: Strengths: The rural three- level public health service network has increasingly been perfecting,service effect has been enhancing and service efficiency has been increasing,the concept for the government to buy rural public health service has been formed. Weaknesses: Functions of the rural public health service system are still relatively weak,the allocation of resources is not reasonable,workers are still slightly insufficient,and structure still needs to be optimized. Opportunities: The policy environment is good,the material conditions is advantageous,the health personnel training system is perfect. Threats:New changes of rural public health service demand have been arising,new challenges of disease control and prevention in rural areas have been bringing about,new pressure of the floating population and the aging population have been producing. Conclusion: Urban and rural public health service equalization should be promoted furtherly,the rural public health service efficiency should be enhanced furtherly,the rural disease prevention and control should be improved furtherly,public health service work of rural key crowd should be made better furtherly.更多还原
