【摘要】 目的探讨经皮肾镜钬激光治疗复杂性肾结石的疗效。方法根据患者自愿,将105例患者分为观察组65例和对照组40例。对照组采用传统开放性肾切开取石术,观察组采用经皮肾镜钬激光治疗。比较2组术中情况、术后结石清除情况、术后并发症发生情况和肾功能改善情况。结果观察组术中出血量、手术时间和住院时间分别为(61.7±12.4)m L(46.1、±13.7)min、(5.38±1.36)d,显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1周、术后4周、术后12周结石清除率分别为83.08%,89.23%,95.38%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为9.23%,显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1周、2周、3周的血清肌酐(SCr)和尿素氮(BUN)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经皮肾镜钬激光治疗复杂性肾结石具有良好的疗效,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser in the treatment of complex renal calculi.Methods 105 patients were divided into the observation group with 65 cases and control group with 40 cases according to the patients willing.The control group were used the traditional nephrolithotomy,the observation group were used percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser treatment.The situation after operation and the removal of stones,postoperative complications and renal function improvement were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding during operation,operation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were(61.7 ±12.4)m L,(46.1 ±13.7)min,(5.38 ±1.36)d,which were significantly less than the control group(t=8.437,3.947,8.246,P<0.05).stone clearance rate of observation group after 1 weeks,4 weeks,12 weeks after the operation were 83.08%,89.23%,95.38%,which were significantly higher than that in control group(χ2=5.628,4.880,7.825,P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 9.23%,which was significantly lower than the control group(χ2=6.091,P<0.05).SCr and BUN of observation group after 1 weeks,2 weeks,3 weeks were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser have a good effect for the treatment of complex renal calculi,which was worthy of clinical application.更多还原
